Pre-Orders
By pre-ordering Products, you are authorizing A Guldager Holding ApS to automatically charge your account and ship the product when it becomes available. You may cancel your pre-order prior to the time the item becomes available, by sending an E-Mail to sale@macrolights.com including your Transaction ID detailing that you want to cancel your order.

Business 2 Bussiness
If you would like to buy our products as a business, please send an E-mail to sale@macrolights.com with your order and your VAT ID Number.

Payment Methods
It is possible to pay either using PayPal or via Bank Transfer. In case of Bank Transfer, the order will not be shipped before payment has been confirmed on our account. If you would like to pay using Bank Transfer, please send an E-mail to sale@macrolights.com.

Sales Tax
All prices on items being sold are exclusive VAT and Shipping & Handling.

Order Cancellation
You have the ability to cancel your order, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. If you would like to cancel an order, please send to sale@macrolights.com providing your Transaction ID.

Return Policy
You may return a product for refund or exchange within 14 days of the order shipment date.
(The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email).
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
We will refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back, in unused condition, in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc., where applicable.

Damaged/Wrong on Arrival
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged just contact us within 14 days of the item's original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back, in unused condition, in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc., where applicable.

Other Terms and Conditions
A Guldager Holding ApS is not responsible for typographic errors and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the A Guldager Holding Store at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale on a periodic basis for modifications.

Warranty
All products are sold under this warranty
A Guldager Holding ApS will grant 2 years warranty from the date of purchase on the product MacroLights as described in the European Union Product Warranty Directive from the purchase date.

The warranty is only valid on the product specified by the manual, and in the purchase invoice, and will not cover any product used in connection with this product.

The warranty will only cover the product if used as described in the manual, and any excessive or abnormal use of the product, is not covered. The warranty will not cover normal wear as result of frequent use of the product.

Batteries have limited lifetime, and are expected to last for approximately 1000 charging cycles. The warranty will therefore not cover batteries for more than 6 month.

If any failure is detected in the product please contact our customer service department by e-mail or mail, and we will send you a RMA instruction for what to do to have your product serviced according to the warranty.
